This introductory series of 3 workshops explores how you can become more resilient by developing your awareness and balance. You will discover how by sensing your movement and focussing your mind you can regain your balance and have greater stability. This will improve your staying power and assist you in dealing with life's demands. In this first workshop in our series you will discover how by smoothly coordinating all the parts of your body you can feel and be more balanced. You will explore how to let go of habitual overuse or protective patterns and learn how to move in a more grounded and integrated manner.
